“This company truly cares about its customers. I feel extremely valued and appreciated every time I communicate with this company, they don’t just care about your money they actually care about you as a human being. 10/10 recommend.” – Callie Lindsay (Google)
“Very proud to say my household is part of the Veteran Energy Family, my Husband and I are new homeowners in Hutto TX and rely on Veteran Energy for all our Energy needs as were completely electric in our new home. Through this weekend and the freeze Veteran Energy has not let us down! And I know they will be here for us!” – Carly Knutson (Google)
“I switched from Reliant to Veteran Energy about 4 months ago and couldn’t be happier. Lower rate, bigger house, good customer service and website account servicing. If you are up for renewal and they beat the other rates its a no brainer.” – Chris (Google)
Negative reviews
“If you are renting a certain address and only plan on staying for one year, use ANYBODY else. Otherwise you will be charged a very expensive ‘early termination’ fee. Apparently it is a 3 year contract when you sign up for their service.” – rbellspl (Google)
“Rates too HIGH! First bill $305 with move in date 1/2 Jan. and no one living there; thermostat set at 72. Next bill, Feb: $575! I know Dallas had cold weather but ridiculous! Everyone says TXU is highest BUT I’VE NEVER HAD THIS HIGH A BILL over the past 20 years I’ve been here and I’ve lived in a 1900 sq ft home and townhome. I’m not trying to donate to Veteran’s. I’m trying to live like er’body else. TXU highest bill $350 in the coldest weather, 20 years!” – Ms. Wave (Google)
“User beware, this is the worst energy company in Texas ! Watch out for the bait and switch program! Where they sell you energy at the going rate for the first month or so then double your rate after the first month or two . Then act as if they are doing you a favor by offering you the rate they promised you in the beginning but only if you sign a contract” – Devin Armstrong (Google)
